Boho is dedicated to empowering our apprentices to kickstart their careers with the knowledge and confidence they truly deserve from day one. Our Lead Educators develop tailored growth plans for each apprentice, outlining a clear path and establishing meaningful goals to help them monitor their progress and reach their full potential. Every interaction is carefully designed to foster authentic self-confidence in each artist, guiding them from the start of their journey to a smooth transition into the salon environment.
